Xinjiang Shengli Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in August, 2011., with a registered capital of 180 million yuan. Xinjiang Shengli is located in Ganquanbao Industrial Park, High-tech Development District, Urumqi City, covering an area of about 19 hectares. With Urumqi Freight Station and Airport to the North , Alataw Pass and Helgas Port to the West, Xinjiang Shengli enjoys an unique geographic advantage in West China and Central Asia, which brings an efficient and convenient transportation.
Xinjiang Shengli owns one SAWH pipe production line which is able to produce Φ377-Φ2540mm SAWH pipes with wall thickness up to 25.4mm and steel grade up to X80, and its annual production capacity is up to 150000 tons. In addition, there is one external coating line that can meet the requirements of Φ219-Φ1420mm pipes and one internal lining line that can meet the requirements of Φ710-Φ1420mm pipes. The annual anti-corrosion area of Xinjiang Shengli is up to 2.4 million square meters.
Equipped with Lincoln welding machine (USA), Weld Seam Automatic Tracking System, BRUKER Q-6 Spectrometer, JL-50000 DWTT Machine, 40 Channel Weld Seam and Base Metal Inspection System, BW-1000 Bend Test Machine, and X-ray Industrial Television System, Xinjiang Shengli has the capability to produce welded pipes with large diameter, heavy wall thickness, high steel grade and high performance for oil and gas transportation.
Xinjiang Shengli has obtained Manufacture License of Special Equipment of the PRC, ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate (CNAS), API Certificate, and GOST Certificate Issued by Technology Control and Measurement of Russian Federation.
